A website care plan covers everything a business site needs after launch: fast hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring and content changes. With Garnet Web Works it also includes GarnetRX, a client dashboard with your Google rankings, progress updates, and a place to send us photos, videos and change requests.
A website isn't finished at launch. Hours change, you add a service, a photo needs swapping, Google changes something. A care plan means one place to send all of it and someone who actually does it.
What's included

Cloudflare in front for speed and protection, SSL included, and monitoring that tells us when something is down.
Backups
Regular backups of your site and its data, so a mistake is an inconvenience, not a disaster.
Content updates
Send text, photos or videos through GarnetRX and we'll put them on the site.

Google clicks, impressions and positions, progress updates from us, and a message thread with file uploads.

What is included in website maintenance?
Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, fixing errors that Google Search Console reports, and making your content changes. With us it also includes the GarnetRX client dashboard.
Can you host a website you didn't build?
Often, yes. We'll look at it first and tell you honestly whether moving it, fixing it or rebuilding it makes the most sense.
How do I send changes for my website?
Log in to GarnetRX and send a message. You can attach photos and videos straight from your phone.
Do I keep my domain name?
Yes. Your domain should always be registered in your name. If you ever leave, you keep it.
